Bidders are legally responsible for their winning bid, and we will follow up extensively with the winners to collect payment. We begin payment collections immediately after the auction closes.
The collection process may include email reminders. Afterwards, if payment still has not been made, the winning bidder will face a permanent ban from both the MWS platform and the partnered Manchester United environment.
We reserve the right to take further action.
